You pay one flat monthly fee: $899 for a full-time assistant or $629 for a part-time assistant.

What does a managed virtual assistant do?

Whatever function you hand them: operations, support, sales follow-up, bookkeeping prep, ecommerce or marketing ops. The difference from a freelancer is that they work set hours inside your team, and DonutJobs handles the contract, the payroll, the oversight and the cover.

How much does it cost?

$899 a month for a dedicated full-time assistant at 160 hours, or $629 a month for a part-time assistant at 80 hours. That is the whole price: no setup fee, no placement fee, no minimum term, and you can cancel any time.

How is this different from hiring a freelancer?

A freelancer is someone you find, vet, manage and replace yourself, and who leaves when a better gig appears. A managed assistant is tested before you meet them, contracted and paid by us, backed by a success manager, covered when they are away, and replaced free at any point if the fit is wrong.

Is the assistant dedicated, or shared?
